MARSHALL - AN ICONIC BRAND MOVING AHEAD

It’s one of the perks of the job that you get invited to help iconic brands and organisations with their training journey. This was definitely the case when I was asked along during a consultation and discovery day at Marshall Amps in Bletchley. This is a company that has led the world in their field and is a by-word for quality and customer service. By their own admission however, they had fallen a little behind the in the communication and collaboration stakes when looking at some of their processes and procedures.

So it was my privilege and pleasure to share with them some of the exciting tools found in the Office 365 cloud world and show them how their efficiency could be improved with a number of simple changes and adoptions

In return, they treated me to a tour of their amazing museum with many astonishing artefacts from the music world and a fantastic tour guide to explain what I was looking at. If that wasn’t enough, I also got a look around the factory floor where all of their amazing products are made. This was something else - everything is hand-made and crafted to order with an attention to detail and quality which was astounding.

All in all, an amazing day for both sides hopefully - they got some great ideas to put into action during 2020 which will hopefully see a return visit from me to help them along
