Work at the FCA continues...

The FCA is the UK’s financial regulator monitoring all financial institutions. Over the past year we have been supporting them during their transition to a SharePoint online document storage and management solution.

We gave initial scoping and presentations last year and helped formulate the initial structure for the system.

We are delighted to say that the project has reached the go-live stage and we are running daily training courses to help the 4000+ staff in adapting to the new ways of working. General feedback has been really positive and we look forward to continuing the support into the Autumn and the completion of the project. All sessions have been delivered remotely since March. We have also provided a lot of training materials including QRGs and recorded video sessions.
